A NEW YEAR and NEW PERSPECTIVE! I LOVE this time of year that we have to really reflect on the year prior, reevaluate, and then make a plan for the new year ahead! I love setting goals! For me, without a plan, I’m afraid there wouldn’t be much growth! For the last couple of weeks I’ve been thinking about what my new goals for 2021 will be!
I always choose FIVE. Anymore than five would be overwhelming to me! I know myself too well to know that if it feels overwhelming and too complicated and unrealistic, I’ll get discouraged. Goals should be attainable! They always take work and commitment, but if they’re too hard, I would bet that most people would give up.
How do you all feel about goals? Do you set them? If so, do you write them down anywhere? By setting goals it will give you a vision of where you want to go. It gives you something to work for. Goals are also a great MOTIVATOR!
This year, I’ve settled in on my five goals. I’m not sharing them here, because they’re personal. But there is one relating to health, one relating to my family, one spiritual, one physical, and one for my business. I feel like this will keep me well-rounded. It will let me work on things I love and yet still work on things that come harder for me.
Goals are what take us forward in life!!!!! Without them it would be easy to get stuck! I read this the other day……

This past year has been an extreme challenge! Last January there would have been no way to even imagine what 2020 was going to look like. So now with a new year ahead, let’s take note of what we’ve learned and where we want to go! Look at it like this…..
WE ARE GETTING CLOSE TO THE BEGINNING OF ANYTHING YOU WANT!
Friends whether or not you are a goal setter, the most important thing is reevaluate and at least in your head come up with a way to do better and to be better! We are here to progress and grow, and a NEW YEAR AND A NEW PERSPECTIVE is the perfect plan!
