TEN THINGS THAT NEVER FAIL
I’m not someone who jumps from trend to trend just for the sake of trying something new….. unless it really resonates with me. Example: THIS CC CREAM. I’ll talk about it later in the blog. When I find something that truly works, the ones I reach for again and again, it earns a place in my life. These are the brands and products I’ve loved for years (and in one case, recently discovered but already can’t live without). They’re reliable, high-quality, and never let me down. No hype…. just things I genuinely love. Let’s get started.
CETAPHIL FACE WASH
This face wash from CETAPHIL, is the one I always come back to, no matter how many others I try. It’s gentle, effective, and leaves my skin feeling clean without that tight feeling some others give you. It’s simple, dependable, and does exactly what it promises….. all I need from my skincare.
QUAY SUNGLASSES
Affordable, stylish, and excellent quality! QUAY SUNGLASSES check every box. Back in the day I bought the top designer brands….. until I lost or scratched them. And that was oh so painful! This brand lets me stay on trend with the best styles, but without the worry. They look far more expensive than they are, and I always get complimented when I wear them.
MAC MASCARA
If you know, you know. This MAC MASCARA does not smear… ever. No flaking, no raccoon eyes, no checking the mirror halfway through the day. I completely trust my MAC, and it’s one of those products I never even think twice about replacing.
CC CREAM WITH SUNSCREEN
This is a very recent discovery for me, but I can already say it’s a forever product. I had been hunting for an all-in-one sunscreen/foundation that felt good on my face. IT is it! The coverage is beautiful, and the built-in sunscreen is such a win. It evens out my skin without it feeling heavy on my face. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this one.
MY WHITE SNEAKERS
These are the SNEAKERS I wear constantly. They go with everything…. from leggings to jeans, to pants, and the little bit of extra height they give me doesn’t hurt either. Comfortable, versatile, and super cool. Definitely a staple in my closet.

These AMAZON SETS are perfection! They’re not only comfy for around the house, but look polished enough to wear out of the house without feeling sloppy. The fit, the fabrics, the affordability………. definitely a WIN-WIN!!!

LANEIGE LIP MASK
I don’t go a single night without this. Nor do I miss a single workout without this. And I for sure don’t travel anywhere without this. The LANEIGE LIP MASK keeps my lips soft and hydrated, especially where I live in the desert. It’s one of those things I would want with me if I were on a stranded island. Once you use it, you’ll never want to be without it.
MINKY BLANKET
I got my first MINKY BLANKET for our sofa and fell in love. These aren’t the lightweight, cheap kind…… they’re substantial, incredibly soft, and so comfortable. I how have one in nearly every room of our home, and even one designated for travel. They instantly make any space feel cozier!
SILK PILLOWCASE
Switching to a SILK PILLOWCASE was way better than I expected. I didn’t think I would love it as much as I did. My skin and my hair love it too. With less friction, and fewer sleep lines….. it’s one of those behind-the-scenes upgrades that really surprised me!
BUXOM LIPGLOSS
One last beauty staple is BUXOM LIP GLOSS. I have it in several shades and love wearing it alone or layered over a lipstick for extra shine. The plumping effect feels so good….. never stingy, and gives me the slightest fuller-lip look. The pink shade, Kanani, is my first choice!
