Sweaters, Scarves, and Beanies

I shopped my closet for this look, so here is one similar…

Tis the season for sweaters, scarves, and beanies! Before you know it, it’s going to be summer, so right now IS THE TIME to amp up your sweater, scarf, and beanie style game!

First sweaters….. there are so many options. Sometimes I like the heavier bulky type, sometimes a crop, sometimes a thin cashmere, or sometimes a turtleneck! The fair isle sweater I have on here is from a few years ago. I got it at here at Free People. The crop style is SO GOOD with a high-rise jean.

Because of my height I either have to tuck, half-tuck, or wear a crop. It’s very hard for me to wear something out that hits at my hips…especially with flats! Not good at all. That was one reason I was drawn to this particular sweater back when I bought it. So, LOTS to choose from in the sweater department!

And scarves….. they could be my favorite accessory. They are perfect for travel and I believe you should ALWAYS pack a scarf or two when you travel! They can be used around your neck, as a belt, or in your hair! They are inexpensive and a really fun souvenir to buy when you’re traveling!

And then let’s talk about the beanie. I used to not like this type of a hat on myself, but I’m liking them more and more. There are some ADORABLE ones out there right now and I can’t seem to get enough! I just got back from Quebec, Canada a few days ago and had multiple beanies packed in my bag and wore them MOST of the time!

I’ve put together some really fun combinations of sweaters, scarves, and beanies for you to either shop for OR become inspired by in putting together your own mix!

So you can see how much fun you can have putting together sweaters, scarves, and beanies! You will look so cute you won’t want to wear a coat!!!!

  1. So funny to hear you call them beanies…here in Canada they are called toques. As you probably noticed in Quebec we need them to help keep us warm. Lol. Whatever you call them you look really cute in one. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
