I make sure I have a sweet (usually dark chocolate) EVERY day.
I wanted to talk for a minute here about this, about not being too strict with our diets.
I’ve seen over and over again,
people who are completely 100% dedicated to a clean diet,
and then after a while they break down and binge their way back to the beginning.
Although I think it’s important to be disciplined and committed towards a goal,
I think it can backfire all too quickly.
I was there once, and became way too thin and UNhealthy.
It led to all kinds of health concerns.
I have learned to eat a healthy diet 85% of the time,
allowing myself sweets so I always feel satisfied!
Keeping BALANCED is key…..easier said than done sometimes,
but that’s always my goal!
