Tis the season for velvet. I have always loved velvet. It’s so fitting for this time of year. When I think of velvet I think of cool weather, the holidays, and luxury! I remember as a little girl thinking that velvet was SO FANCY! I loved the way it felt!
When I ran across this pink velvet shirt I wanted it in every color. It comes in five other options! This PINK was my favorite. I love the fit of it, sort of like a boyfriend style. I sized up because I wanted it slouchy looking. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it already. I loved the way it felt with these jeans (very inexpensive by the way and similar here) and the neck scarf was just an added pop of color!
I wanted to show you a couple of other ways to style this pink luxurious shirt. Even though it’s oversized (ON ME) I can still dress it up! I’ve first styled it two ways for some HOLIDAY inspiration, and one other casual way, which is what I wear the most! I hope you LOVE as much as I do!
TWO LOOKS STYLED FOR THE HOLIDAYS~
I think this is BEAUTIFUL for any holiday gathering. I know that those gatherings might be limited this year, but nonetheless, this outfit is beautiful and can easily be broken down and worn for years!
A COLOR-BLOCKED style here and I think this one is so fun! The style of this faux fur jacket is so flattering! This will dress up anything you choose to put on! The simple colorful earrings bring everything together! Darling look for the holidays as well!
And MY WAY….. styled OUT AND ABOUT~
I am so tempted to add these jeans to my shopping cart! I LOVE them! I’m such a sucker for stripes! Aren’t they the cutest?
The holidays are getting closer and for absolute sure….. TIS THE SEASON FOR VELVET! I hope you’ve liked my ideas for some beautiful festive looks as well as more casual too!

THESE were some of my favorite velvet pants and will be on POSHMARK soon! This picture was taken in Paris with my sweet friend Ruthie!
I don’t think I have anything velvet. Perhaps I should give it a try. Hope to see you on my Fancy Friday link up party.
Hi Nancy… for sure if you’ve never tried velvet, THIS is so fun and comes in lots of colors! XO
