Transitioning To Spring

I always have such a great time on Good Things Utah! Yesterday I was on, sharing my tips and favorite picks for how to transition in to Spring fashion. I had three fabulous models with me to help show off some really FUN style!

The first one was Sam. She  wore some soft drapey pants with a little jacket and lace top. I loved her look with the pattern play mixed with lace! She looked darling!

Then we had Jamie who modeled a beautiful floral skirt, paired with a striped top and denim jacket. This skirt is so beautiful! Wear it through to summer with a cute tee and sandals! Or right now with a sweater!!!! It’s perfect!

Lastly, Michelle wore this GORGEOUS white jacket with some HAPPY pants (that’s what I call them!) and the ever-trending white shoe! Everyone loved her jacket with the ties at the wrist! SO CUTE!

Here is a link to my segment! Nicea is ALWAYS so kind and makes me feel so at ease talking what I like to talk best….FASHION! Her dress was darling by the way! We all had such a great time!

Some things I would tell you to think about as you’re moving in to spring are these!

Think lightweight LAYERS. Bring COLOR back in to your wardrobe. ACCESSORIES can make an outfit instantly say spring! Invest in a WHITE jacket, heels, and a button-down shirt! SHIMMER on shimmer is a GOOD thing! FLORAL is so good this time of year, and a fun way to pattern mix with stripes! MIX spring styles with something heavier like a sweater, great juxtaposition. And you know one of my favorites right now is to wear FUN SOCKS with heels! A great look and your feet will be warm!

EVERYTHING was from Anthropologie and is linked up here!

THANK YOU AGAIN to my amazing friends at Good Things, and to my models for their help! I had the best time and hope to see you all very soon!!!

  1. I’m in love with the jacket Sam had on. Kinda reminds me of those Boho “Indian prints” of yesteryear, that are back in style again. But I have to say EVERYONE was on point that day. 😉

    1. Thank you Cheryl….I tried to have lots of variety! That jacket WAS AWESOME!!! XO

  2. Juxtaposition – I had to look that one up lol
