THIS DRESS THREE WAYS
I’m excited to share a fabulous tie-waist dress that’s perfect for the fall season and my upcoming travels. This khaki faux-wrap dress has a timeless, classic fit that makes it a wardrobe staple you’ll reach for year after year. You know me….. I believe in styling everything at least three ways! Full disclosure: Now that I’ve finished writing and putting this post together, I realize I should’ve run a steamer over this dress. So, for all you ladies who love your clothes perfectly pressed……. my apologies for missing that step! 😉
I first went for a classy, polished look by pairing it with sleek black heels and a belt. This combination is perfect for a sophisticated dinner, or a business meeting, adding jut the right amount of elegance while keeping things effortless. I loved the bright yellow cashmere sweater over my shoulders for not only color, but comfort too. The wrap style naturally accentuates my waist, and the belt just enhances that effect, giving me a very CHIC silouette.
Next, I went for a more playful vibe. I added a fun sun hat, a colorful scarf, basically some colorful accessories to the mix. This look is all about bringing in color and personality, making it ideal for a casual outing or a weekend brunch. The khaki color creates the best canvas, allowing all my bright accessories to pop without overwhelming the outfit!

Secondly, I decided to embrace a more playful vibe. I added a fun sun hat, a colorful scarf, and a pair of vibrant slides. This look is all about bringing in color and personality, making it ideal for a casual outing or a weekend brunch. Indeed the simpleness of the dress allows me to use all my bright accessories to add pop without overwhelming the outfit.

In addition to these two looks, I switched things up with a pearl-embellished denim jacket, comfy sneakers, and a colorful bucket hat. This gives it a cool, laid-back vibe, which is just right for those days when I’m on the go, exploring a new city, or running errands. The jacket and sneakers add a youthful touch, while the hat brings in that extra bit of fun! I’m almost positive it will be coming with me to Europe this fall!
