I’m so happy to say that my new website and blog are now LIVE!
I’ve been working on this now for too long (with my helpers),
and am happy to say we’re done!

I wanted to share with you a message I got the other day from a sweet lady…

You are beautiful and truly an inspiration to me.
I am 51, going through menopause,
have had two back surgeries,
nine eye surgeries due to an eye disease,
and five skin cancer surgeries on my face.
I was about to quit trying on my weight loss and getting in shape,
until I saw your page that popped up in my news feed!
Just wanted to say THANK YOU!
My youngest daughter is getting married in October,
so I’m going to pick myself up by the boot straps and make this happen!
Most of all, I just want to be the healthiest I can be…and look great doing it!!!
This literally brought me to tears,
and is EXACTLY the reason why ChicOver50 is a good thing!

The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.
