OUTFITS TO BRING IN 2026
I can’t believe we’re already talking about the end of 2025. How does time move so fast? Yet here we are, and for those of you who love to plan ahead, thoughts of how you’ll celebrate are probably already swirling. This blog is all about styling inspiration for every type of celebration…. from a cozy evening at home by the fire to the most energetic of parties. Let’s dive in!
ELEVATED ATHLEISURE
These are the perfect looks for staying in while still dressing the part. Cozy sets that are both easy and comfy. The XO socks are adorable…. and also a cute gift too (Valentine’s Day, anyone?). And what about these leopard slippers? I’d wear them anywhere!! A touch of sparkle on the ears adds something special and brings just the right amount of celebration to each look.
DESTINATION CELEBRATION GETAWAY
Bring in the New Year with an escape to the mountains….. think white snow and crisp air. I’m thinking Vail or Park City perhaps? These looks blend function with fashion. Cozy and glamorous faux fur (affordable too!), statement sunnies, an embellished beanie and socks for sparkle, along with the bold red ski pants. It’s definitely festive and perfectly on-theme!
Or what about someplace warm and sunny? A swimsuit that comes with a coverup….. it’s both affordable and adorable! One of my favorite brands. I’ve got several and I promise they won’t break the bank! The statement earrings and hat are completely cool and will have you feeling extra special throughout your celebrations.
ELEGANT NIGHT OUT DINNER AND DANCING
This first look is a fabulous black dress that truly defines classic…. one of those forever pieces you can wear year after year without it ever going out of style. I paired it with some stunning gold boots, and I absolutely love the unexpected mix. A black faux fur coat and gold jewelry complete the look, making it feel effortlessly chic and undeniably glam!
The second look brings in more color, while still feeling just as timeless. This gorgeous dress is another piece you’ll reach for, for years to come. I styled it simply with gold heels and gold jewelry…. because it really doesn’t need much more. I finished the look with a neutral faux fur coat and a darling gold bag to elevate it even more. Honestly, I would wear either of these looks to ring in the New Year and feel absolutely fantastic!
GLAM HOUSE PARTY
For a more glamorous house party…. I’ve linked up two very different looks. Personally, I would choose the first look because it’s comfy yet classic. The blue top paired with the metallic skirt is absolutely gorgeous, and depending on the mood you’re going for, either statement belt would define the waist area perfectly. Additionally, the statement earrings bring in a stunning vintage feel, while the metallic flats keep the look super comfortable for the entire night.
The second look is a stunning monochrome moment….. how amazing are these pants? I’ve linked a few sweaters that would work perfectly. And of course, the shoes are key for a house party. Happy feet mean more fun all night long.
NEW YEARS BRUNCH OR DAY PARTY
For a casual daytime New Year’s brunch or laid-back day party, these looks strike the perfect balance between festive and effortless. The first outfit is all about cozy sparkle…. an awesome chunky, shimmery sweater paired with cuffed jeans and fabulous leopard heels. It feels casual but elevated and special, and the gold socks peeking out are ADORABLE! Colorful stone drop earrings add some fun color.
The second look leans into chic with attitude. A metallic cropped faux-leather pant with a ruffled hem have such a girly vibe. I chose a loose, embellished sweater for that easy feeling. A bold red scarf, gold comfortable flats, and a big YES to ankle socks (especially in the winter). Finally, some fantastic statement earrings. Both looks here feel confident, festive, but yet on the casual side.
____________
Welcome 2026 in outfits that feel true to who you are. Comfort and confidence matter more than anything….. because when you feel like yourself, it shows. After all, getting dressed is something we do for ourselves first!
