In This Garden

I’m just going to be over here in Giverny,

at Monet’s beautiful garden…..and pretend it’s mine!

Isn’t it lovely?!!

I loved visiting here on this wet rainy day.

Everything smelled so fresh and clean,

and underneath the clouds the colors were so vivid!

The rain is never a problem when you have the right rain gear!

This jacket is by MaxMara that I’ve had for so long!

It’s navy blue and so will go with nearly anything you pack in your suitcase.

The drawstring waist is great so you can adjust to whatever’s underneath.

It was a great investment, and I’ve never regretted it!

I didn’t bring any rain boots because of space.

But almost all of my shoes have been fine for the little bit of weather we’ve had here.

And scarves!

I always carry one to take on and off as things change!

And of course my trusty inexpensive travel umbrella.

It folds up tiny and easily fits in to my backpack.

Yep, the rain was NO PROBLEM……..and it makes for such pretty pictures!!!
