CALIFORNIA GRAPE SALAD WINNER – SIMPLE, GOURMET, and DELICIOUS
Looking for a gourmet salad that’s simple to make and full of flavor? This CALIFORNIA GRAPE AND GOAT CHEESE SALAD is the answer! With just a handful of ingredients, it’s perfect for when you don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen but still want to impress your family and friends. The combination of roasted GRAPES FROM CALIFORNIA and creamy goat cheese is absolutely phenomenal!
One of my favorite things about this salad is how quickly it comes together. Whether you are serving it as a side or adding some protein to turn it into a full meal, it’s sure to be a hit! The roasted California Grapes add a burst of sweet flavor that pairs perfectly with the savory goat cheese and toasted walnuts. Plus….. the balsamic glaze gives it that final touch that takes it over the top.
Here’s What You’ll Need
2 cups seedless California grapes (red or green)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Toss the California Grapes with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes. Chop the walnuts and toast in oven about 5-10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, layer with the roasted grapes (no need to cool and better warm), goat cheese, and toasted walnuts. Drizzle with Balsamic and dig in!

What makes it even better is that you can easily customize it. I love it just as it is, but you could add grilled chicken or shrimp, even some steak strips. This would be my husband’s pick, making it a bit more filling. And did I mention how versatile Grapes from California are?
