MY RED LIGHT THERAPY JOURNEY
Red Light Therapy (RLT) is having quite the moment right now….. and for good reason! This wellness trend is showing up everywhere, and I’ve officially joined the movement with my MEGELIN RLT BAG. For me, this couldn’t have come a better time. About six weeks ago, I tripped over my suitcase in my closet, and injured my foot. Such a dumb way to injure your foot, I know!!! Since starting my RLT sessions, my foot feels better…. not totally, but slightly. Keep in mind, I just started using RLT a couple of weeks ago.
