FALL JEANS SPLURGE OR SAVE
Jeans are absolutely a wardrobe staple, and outside of athleisure-wear, I’m usually in jeans. But how much you spend on them can depend on many things in my mind…. trends, quality, and comfort. Today, I’m sharing three jean styles that I’m currently loving, two from Amazon and one higher-end pair in a fun leopard print. That one unfortunately is sold out, but linking similar.
First up, the LEOPARD PRINT jeans. These are everywhere this season, and I’ve found options at various price points, and nearly every store and brand has a version. While my high-end pair is more expensive, they were definitely worth it if you’re looking to splurge on something bold and unique. I liked the fit of them on me, and you can see in my reel, you can easily dress them up or down. But if you’re looking for a budget-friendly version, I’ve also linked a SUBTLER LEOPARD PRINT option from Amazon that’s just as fun! However, it isn’t as comfortable and I think I’m sending back. But THIS PAIR, from Amazon is. I just got them and am keeping.
Next, the BARELL JEAN from Amazon. This style has quickly become one of my favorites. The tie-waist detail is adorable, and the barrel shape is both flattering and comfortable. I wore them the other day and got so many compliments. They’re perfect for dressing up or down as well, and I’ve already packed them for my upcoming European cruise! The price is awesome, under $50, making them an ideal balance of trendy and affordable. WIN-WIN!
However, not every budget-friendly option works out. One pair from Amazon had a fantastic fit, but the fabric was stiff and uncomfortable, so they’re going back. That’s the trade-off sometimes….. if it’s a hot trend, maybe don’t spend as much. For classic styles, for example a straight-leg, it’s worth investing a bit more. I just splurged on THIS PAIR. They are coming with me as well and are ADORABLE…. according to my 11-year old granddaughter! 🙂

So….. how much are you willing to spend on jeans? SPLURGE OR SAVE?? For me, it’s all about balancing comfort, style, and price, while keeping trendy pieces on the more affordable side. But honestly, I’ve always said…. IT JUST DEPENDS!
Love your blog…..sometime this summer you presented a cross body bag, I’m pretty sure leather, maybe price range of $75 that came with several textile straps and I can’t seem to find it by using the search engine. Could you send me the link?
Thanks.
Jacqueline
Hi Jacqueline…. I’m pretty sure it was these from PINK COVE. Super cute straps and actually use them on my Louis Vuitton bags too! 🙂 XOXO

The closest area to where I can try on the clothes I like is at least 45 minutes by freeway. so I mostly use mail order. Since I know Chicos jeans and pants are always a perfect fit, I just stick to their styles. But…I always wait for a sales promotion!
Kathleen…. I order a LOT online too. We don’t have much shopping here where I live. I think like you said, if you know your brands, it’s actually really convenient. And YES, CHICOS has the best sales! Thank you for stopping by and come back again soon! XOXO
