CHICO’S IN-STORE EDIT
There’s just something about shopping in person that online can never quite replicate. I recently popped into CHICO’S and was reminded why I love this brand so much. The first thing I noticed? The FABRICS. I’ve said many times before….. CHICO’S fabrics are tops! When you can touch and feel them, it makes such a difference. There were so many things I had seen online, but when I felt the fabric, it was a game-changer for me….. example: this GREEN DRESS!
Let’s start with these green leaf pull-on jeans…. absolutely darling, and I think my favorite of all the things I tried on. They’ve got the cutest silhouette! I chose to pair it with a dark green ruched tee. Again the fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable. I really loved all the greens they had ….. and just when I was craving green! The second pair is the Brigitte style in a palm print. I liked it with the same dark green tee. Flattering styled up or down, and really versatile.

GREENS AND JEANS
Every girl needs some floral high-rise wide-leg cropped jeans. And when they are orange….. then you especially need them! I love the style of these, and the length was perfect on me. I styled them with this soft cotton-stretch tee with dolman sleeves. It’s the most beautiful melon color, so right for summer. Wouldn’t you agree…. this outfit is playful and chic both at the same time?
One of my favorite pair of jeans, is a one I bought at Anthropologie a couple of years ago. They are a barrel style with lace appliqué. I found this pair that is very close and a beautiful up-date to the ones I have. They are fabulous and love that they have some stretch, also come in petite sizes. For a reference point…. the pair I have on in the picture are a regular size. Aren’t they cute with the ribbed stripe (black stripes) tank?
Next up…. this white skort. These are incredibly flattering, I LOVE the fit! I styled them first with a silky palm leaf shirt, and second with a cap sleeve tee in a similar print. I really fell for this first top. It has a tie around the waist, but I opted to tuck it in. And I wish the tee came in other colors….. love the style of this one.
SKORTS AND SHORTS
Both pairs of these shorts are so easy and comfy to wear. I couldn’t find the exact pair in the first picture, so have linked a similar option. The striped pair? Without a doubt, you’ll be reaching for these all summer long to wear. They’re coming with me to Disneyland in a couple of weeks! Just add a sun hat and some sneakers and sunnies, and you’ll be ready for a day with your family.
BREEZY BEAUTIFUL DRESS
Definitely fell head-over-heels for this dreamy dress in green. Not only can you wear it as is, but belted is an option too….. I used THIS SCARF as a belt. The fabric feels amazing….. it’s so soft and felt awesome against my skin. It’s super feminine and yes, it came home with me too!! I would say it’s the perfect summer dress!
SPORTY STRIPES
Do you love a set as much as I do? Let me tell you about this fun short striped set….. so sporty, and one I’ll be taking with me on my next cruise. I liked it tucked in too, sort of looks like a romper. Wear these two as separates (sold separately) for even more wear-time. The hoodie, the stripes, the comfort…. love it so much!
VERY VERSATILE KIMONO
Check out this beautiful kimono! Along with the color, how it’s gathered in the back is gorgeous. Chico’s makes some of the most beautiful kimonos out there. Gorgeous over a swimsuit, denim shorts, or like I have here with all white. BEAUTIFUL! It’s definitely a head-turner!!
