Tonight is the night! So excited to be here in D.C. for the Summer Fashion Show at Anthropologie! I can’t wait to meet some of you friends and get to know you! And it will for sure be a PARTY…..Anthro never disappoints!
Over Mother’s Day weekend, I had a really bad fall! As I came down I twisted my knee and tore my MCL! Ouchie!!!!! I don’t remember that kind of pain before! I went yesterday morning to get an MRI to see if there’s any ACL and/or meniscus damage. I’m hoping NOT!!! Crossing my fingers and my toes, because if it is I’ll be out of tennis for six months! Ugh!
So with that going on, I’ve had a big ugly brace on my knee. And it’s not fashionable at all! So there won’t be a lot of heels for me, which I kind of get attached to them because of how short I am! This pair of pants was perfect for going out tonight after landing here in Washington D.C. I wore these at the Fashion Show in Chicago with some cute heels and a sweater! Tonight I paired them with a cute black top and my Tory Burch flip-flops. The metallic is so on trend! The pull-on styling and the wide loose leg worked perfectly for me to wear with my big ugly black knee brace! I’ll be wearing and showing many outfits in the next weeks with FLAT shoes!
