Sometimes just a few sparkly details is all you need to make an outfit stand out!
This maxi dress is an “oldie but goodie” from Anthropologie.
It’s one I love to take to the beach!
This time I wore it with this sparkly skinny belt from JCrew,
and this choker necklace with a glitzy butterfly.
I think sometimes we don’t consider the overall look of an outfit.
For example this dress has a lot going on within the print and colors.
It’s a maxi and so the brightness is EVERYWHERE!
So I wanted to put just a couple of simple accessories with it.
The last time I wore it was with a colorful statement necklace,
but THAT WAS ALL!
No rings, bracelets, big earrings, etc.
If you wore a simpler outfit, then I think you could wear more accessories.
Does that all make sense?
