Hi friends….just a short post today, but wanted to share. I’ve ALWAYS been drawn to MAXI anything. The look is just so feminine which I love all things girly! And I have worn lots of maxi dresses through the years which I do love, but can be much harder to mix up than a maxi skirt! This skirt I have a feeling is going to be on REPEAT for most of my spring and summer! How would YOU style it? I loved it here with this striped button-down. Florals and stripes are my favorite mix of patterns! I’ve linked some favorites here. But what about the skirt with a tee shirt and tennies, or with some sort of lightweight oversized pullover sweater? That would be cute, right? I would need mine to be a little cropped so I wouldn’t get lost in the fullness…..a taller girl would be just fine with one longer. A denim jacket would always work….if you don’t have one, you need one. THE most versatile piece of clothing in my closet!!!

I don’t think I could have improved on your picks for this outfit, except maybe a colored tee or tank. I too agree that it’s very “spring-y”. I prefer to cover my legs personally, and for the summer longer

So you’re short and it fit fine. The wife loves them too BUT she’s short 5’3 and a lot of them are to long. She has a few long dresses but are hard to wear
